By engaging Mahi IT Services for any government, cyber or IT service, you agree to the following.
Service charges
Listed prices are our service charges and start from the indicated amount. Government fees and third-party costs (e.g. DSC token, hardware parts) are billed separately and confirmed before work starts.
Timelines
Timelines are best estimates based on standard government processing. We are not liable for delays caused by government portals, biometric centres or third parties.
Document accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of details and documents you provide. Rejections or rework caused by incorrect information may attract additional charges.
Refunds
Government fees, once paid, are non-refundable. Our service charge is refundable only if work has not yet started on your case.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service charge paid for the specific service. We are not liable for consequential losses.
