Data deletion request

Mahi IT Services respects your right to have your personal data deleted. If you have contacted us, used our services, or connected with us through Facebook or Instagram, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Contact us through any one of these channels and mention "Data deletion request":

Please include the name and phone number or email you used with us so we can find your records.
What happens next
We will confirm your request within 48 hours and delete your personal data — including contact details, chat history and any documents you shared — within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep specific records (for example, completed government application records).
Facebook / Instagram data
If you connected with us through a Facebook or Instagram app, you can also remove the app's access yourself: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app and click Remove. Then send us a deletion request using the contact details above so we delete any data already received.
